The role
The role of a Performance Coach / Sales Trainer is a pivotal, motivational role within Amoria Group. You will directly affect the development of Sales Consultants through using effective training and coaching techniques from their first day in the job. You will support our sales management team by utilising our Award Winning Training Programme. You will be required to provide feedback, communicating effectively via face to face meetings and logging actions from development sessions using our on-line real time continuous improvement system. Personal Development Programmes are created for each employee and are used as a central tool to ensure both the Training and Development Department and the sales management team can work together in helping our consultants become highly successful.
