This is a paid hourly position with potential of earning additional weekly commissions, dependent upon hitting retail and service sales goals.
Days Needed: Tuesdays 3pm-7:30pm, Thursdays 3pm-7:30pm, Friday 11am-3pm, Saturdays 10am-4pm (*base hours subject to change according to company needs)
Role Description-
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Other key responsibilities are:
-scheduling and rescheduling appointments
-advising clients on service related questions
- filling/selling daily appointment availabilities
-upselling retail products and services
-processing payments
-stocking inventory
-maintaining a clean and esthetically pleasing retail environment
-being a support for our service providers
Qualifications-
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Knowledge of salon services and products
-Sales and upselling skills
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Attention to detail and organization skills
-Ability to work well in a team
-Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
-Familiarity with beauty industry trends is a plus

-Prior experience with salon software is a plus
