Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our team. The Bindery Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various bindery equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.

Duties:
- Set up, adjust, and operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, collators, stitchers, and binders
- Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery as they arise
- Follow job specifications to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality control

Skills:
- Experience in operating bindery equipment
- Ability to operate a forklift for material handling
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a bindery or printing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.25 - $20.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
