Billing Systems Analyst jobs in Georgia

We are looking for a Billing Specialist with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate would be very detail-oriented, be able to comfortably multitask and work in a collaborative dynamic environment.

Billing Specialist is a member of the Accounting team. This role’s primary objective is timely and accurate invoicing and billing , as well as reporting and communication to both customers and internally. The role includes but is not limited to the support of Sales, Accounting and Technical Services.

Functions include:

• B2B invoice processing
• Billing coordination and execution
• Process improvement and documentation
• Assist with financial close (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• A/R collection and research
• A/R investigation and resolution
• Vendor billing resolution
• Return authorization managment
• SKU catalog maintenance
• Shipping schedules
• Inter-office communication
• Reporting
• Ensuring overall customer satisfaction
• Special projects as assigned

Additional responsibilities may include general administration.

The role requires excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills, strong teamwork and solid interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Invoicing experience, SaaS invoicing experience preferred but not required
• Experience using a CRM System
• Experience working directly with Sales Executives
• Experience with client management
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Organized and able to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Positive attitude and energetic
• Detail oriented and professional demeanor
• Flexibility in using, or learning to use, different methods for tracking and conveying information such as Zendesk, Google docs, forums, chat, and email
• Strong team player who can take on different roles depending on the situation, enjoys collaborating and asks for help when necessary
• Forward-looking, flexible, creative, and proactive; takes initiative to solve problems
• Empathetic, patient, and compassionate
• Ability to build trust and support with others, bring them together to support customer needs
• Proficient with time management, meeting deadlines and detailed communications
• Ability to be strategic or tactical depending on the requirement of the situation
• 3-5 years of work experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
