Responsibilities- Counsel billers on attendance, accuracy, and productivity.
- Set and maintain departmental goals.
- Communicate with internal and external customers on billing accuracy.
- Resolve billing issues.
- Implement processes to improve accuracy and productivity.
- Hire billing personnel.
- Billing Experience
- Supervisory Experience
- Transportation Experience
- Knowledge of AS400 system and Microsoft Office Suite
