Progressive healthcare company located in the San Fernando Valley is seeking to hire a full-time employee in the position of Business Systems Analyst who will specialize in Business Intelligence design and development of healthcare reporting for managed care applications. This is a hybrid work role, 2 days on site and work from home. You will join a great team of Healthcare IT professionals as a Business Systems Analyst in Business Intelligence in their managed care analytics group that uses your skills and experience in managed care business analysis and analytics reporting using SQL, Access, VB (Visual Basic), Excel, and Crystal Reports, also using healthcare applications like NextGen, EZCap, Access Express or other managed care applications that may include Cost analysis, Enrollment growth, Bed Days, Authorization Referrals, P4P, PCP utilization, and capitation runs. To qualify for the opportunity, you must have 5-7 years of experience in healthcare managed care applications as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in managed care applications using NextGen, EZCap or Access Express healthcare software, data analysis, BI, and reporting technical skills in SQL, Access, Excel, VB (Visual Basic), SQL Server, and Crystal Reports or similar skills. Emphasis is on your skills and experience specifically with applications in Cost Analysis, Enrollment Growth, Bed Days and Authorization Referrals. Excellent customer service, verbal and written skills are required as well. Salary range is in the $90-110K base plus excellent benefits and growth opportunity.
