True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Policy servicing: Handle policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and other policy-related tasks efficiently and effectively. Sales support: Collaborate with sales teams to generate new business leads and support the sales process by providing product expertise and market knowledge. Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Data analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends in client behavior, market conditions, and industry risks to inform strategic decision-making. Client education: Provide ongoing education to clients about their insurance coverage options and help them understand the implications of various choices on their risk management strategies. Collaboration with underwriting teams: Work closely with underwriting teams to ensure accurate pricing for new business opportunities based on risk assessment data provided by the account manager’s analysis of client information.
