Behavioral Health Director oversees the study and treatment of patients with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders. Develops, implements, and updates strategic initiatives, programs, and services. Being a Behavioral Health Director manages and directs the operations of behavioral health services. Uses knowledge of behavioral health research and trends to ensure the department's practices are up-to-date and effective. Additionally, Behavioral Health Director establishes training programs and supports and supervises staff. Ensures all behavioral health operations comply with clinical guidelines and regulations. As the Director of Marketing you will:
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of our organization's marketing, advertising, admissions and public relations initiatives
Generate revenue by increasing admissions through successful marketing and public relations for the entire organization, using market research, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
The Marketing Director is also responsible for sales management, new business development, product development, referral channel management, and admissions for our acute care hospital and our Outpatient Services. The Marketing Director ensures the organization's message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet revenue objectives including, these may also include but are not limited to new ways to deliver messaging, such as mobile platforms, video, and social media.
Essential Functions:
Research the experience of the referral sources in interacting with the organization and drive improvements
Drive change across the organization with regard to elements such as social media or digitization
Build brand awareness and ensure that all communications align with the brand
Take responsibility for the look and content of the website(s) and social media outlets, maximizing visitor conversion
Acquire reliable and comprehensive data on referrals, revenue and all stakeholder experiences from different departments in order to improve referral experiences, increase census and drive additional product line development.
Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
Drive investment in digital marketing and roll out technological upgrades
Establish the marketing budget and track return on investment
Commission market research and understand how markets are changing
Oversee admissions for efficiency and to use data in discerning primary and prospective referral sources and to mine data for potential new product development
Build relationships with referral sources and other stakeholders in order to consistently improve brand and drive revenue
Use analytics to drive product development
Set KPIs and report to the CEO on progress
Other duties as requested
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in mass communications, marketing or equivalent in related field.
Experience: 5 years in senior marketing management positions the psychology or medical fields
