Scooter's Coffee is a Drive-Thru only Coffee Experience that is looking for people with outgoing, energetic, and friendly personalities, those that exude positivity and enjoy interacting with other people. You bring the personality; we will teach you all about coffee! We are looking to fill positions to include early morning, mid-day, evening, and weekend shifts. Whether you are looking for a part time job...or you are wanting to build a career with us, we would love to talk with you! Starting salary of $12 plus tips based on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with each customer
• Learn customer names and drink preferences
• Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products
• Suggestively sell complementary/additional products, gift cards, and merchandise
• Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
• Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures
• Serve all customers orders according to the recipe and aesthetic guidelines
• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify upon delivery
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer

• Energetic, fast paced, flexible work style
• Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, and handle multiple duties

Physical Requirements

• Constant Standing/walking
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crawling
• Ability to carry 35 lbs
• Occasional climbing of stools or ladders
• Frequent spinal and wrist movements
