Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Banquet Set-up professional to join our team. As a Banquet Set-up, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of events and providing exceptional guest experiences. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations
- Arrange and organize furniture and equipment to create an inviting and functional event space
- Assist with beverage service as needed
- Provide excellent guest service by promptly responding to requests and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of banquet set-up procedures and equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and guest relation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
