The Banquet Set-up position is responsible for all set up and tear down of all banquet/catering functions for the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino events. They must also ensure proper set up and tear down of all tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, skirting, tablecloths, napkins, chafing dishes, serving utensils, glassware, flatware, plates, décor, and other accoutrements as needed per function.
