Qualifications:

- Admission to the state bar association

- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Experience in legal drafting and document review
- Ability to litigate cases in court
