Back Bartender supplies and stocks the bar. Fills-in or assists bartender as needed. Being a Back Bartender may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Back Bartender works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. - Part-Time Student (15 hrs / wk-20 hrs / wk) $12 / hr
- Part-time (20 hrs / wk- 32 hrs / wk) $13 / hr
- Full-Time (32 hrs / wk) w / Restrictions $14-$15 / hr
- Full-Timer NO Restrictions $15-$16 / hr
- $5 / hour for crew closing starting at 8PM until you leave (usually 10 : 30pm - 11pm)
Come Back Shack Team Members Expectations :
- Must be able to work from mid May - mid August
- Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
- A positive attitude is THE most important thing we look for
- May work in any and all aspects of the restaurant from taking orders and customer service to food prep and cooking.
