Being an Auditing Supervisor uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Additionally, Auditing Supervisor prepares audit reports, documentation, and recommendations for enhanced controls or processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Total Safety is looking for an IPSC (In Plant Service Center) Supervisor to join their safety conscious team! The IPSC Supervisor is responsible for Supervising all aspects of two or more IPSC’s or one very large IPSC.
Ensures that IPSC operations are performed and managed in accordance with the Customer’s requirements and the Company’s programs, policies, and procedures.

Essential Duties :
Ensures that issues are identified, addressed, and elevated if necessary, in a timely manner. Works with HSE to recommend develop and improve safety procedures, training, long-range accident prevention and cost containment objectives.
Works with Sales, Customer Service and other internal departments to communicate and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
Provides direct support to sales and marketing as needed. Assists, as needed, with the development of new product lines, departments and / or services within IPSC.
Manages all operational issues to include direct involvement with briefing / debriefing and job preparation and follow-up.
Reports status of operational issues to manager on an ongoing basis.

Combination of office and field / production environments. Some exposure to wet and / or humid conditions, outside and extreme weather conditions, moving mechanical parts and high elevations.
