Sigma Kappa is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Sorority House Director.
Salary, lodging, and meals are provided. This position requires the individual to live in the house, spending each evening at the house. The House Director must work congenially and cooperatively in support of the sorority members who reside in the house and manage effectively the operation of the house. The candidate must have successful leadership and management experience and expertise working with college-age students or similar managerial experience.

The House Director is a representative of the chapter house and must possess superb managerial and communications skills. She must be comfortable working closely with collegiate members, alumnae volunteers, staff, and vendors/contractors. The House Director must keep their focus during emergency situations, and must also understand the need for discretion and maintaining confidentiality. She must be accessible and approachable. Attention to detail and careful record-keeping are also important attributes. In addition to the specific duties detailed below, the House Director shall perform such other job duties as assigned by the chapter or house corporation, from time to time.
