Audio Visual Technician jobs in Kentucky

Our client is a leading global technology company looking for an Audio and Visual Technician to join their team in Louisville, KY.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and configure AV equipment such as projectors, speakers, microphones, and control systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV systems and components
• Integrate AV systems with existing networks and infrastructure
• Install and manage various types of cabling, including Cat6 and other necessary cables
• Provide technical support and assistance to users during events and presentations
• Maintain detailed records of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities
• Ensure all AV installations and operations comply with relevant safety and industry standards

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years experience as an AV Technician
• Proficient with basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Working knowledge of Audio Video Control Systems (AVCS)
• Working knowledge of IP Video & Voice systems (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Cabling and Cat6 cabling (preferred)
• Working knowledge of CATV system installation (preferred)

Job Compensation and Details:

• Hourly pay between $25-$35
• Full time, day shift, M-F

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
