Responds to service calls in accordance to established priority guidelines as well as bank and department security procedures. Being an ATM Service Technician is responsible for reporting all problem resolutions to support agents and supervisor. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, ATM Service Technician typically reports to a supervisor. The ATM Service Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Field Service Technicians at Hobart are required to repair equipment in the food service and food retail environments. Technicians must be excellent at troubleshooting electrical circuits and have a high mechanical aptitude. Technicians with formal training and experience in the repair of refrigeration are preferred. The ability to professionally communicate with customers is required. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Additional technical training or experience would be preferred. Technician will be using a tablet computer for call tracking and parts look-up and ordering. Basic computer familiarity is recommended.
