ATM Service Technician jobs in New Jersey
ATM Service Technician is responsible for reconciliation of ATMs, replenishment of ATM supplies, handling of funds, and accurate completion of company paperwork. Responds to service calls in accordance to established priority guidelines as well as bank and department security procedures. Being an ATM Service Technician is responsible for reporting all problem resolutions to support agents and supervisor. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, ATM Service Technician typically reports to a supervisor. The ATM Service Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Job Summary
- Start and end your day from your home and travel to client locations to troubleshoot and diagnose Automated Teller Machine (ATM) issues in the Southern NJ area and outlying locations
- Travel to the Moorestown, NJ location as needed (approximately once every 2 - 3 weeks)
- Perform hardware repair and maintenance on ATM's in the NJ/PA surrounding areas
- Using company issued equipment/tools to fix problems such as worn card readers and malfunctioning cash dispensing systems
- Management may, at its discretion, assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time
- Company vehicle including fuel, tolls, tools maintenance and service training provided
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Problem-solving skills

- Documentation skills
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule; occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Valid driver's license
- Non-Exempt
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- High School Diploma
- Mechanical repair experience preferred
- Experience with major ATM manufactures: NCR, Diebold, Hyosung is a plus
- Consent to extensive background screening which includes: criminal, credit, driving and drug test
