ATM Service Technician jobs in North Carolina

We are looking for a Service Technician to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Manage a swimming pool route and service pools to the highest expectation
• Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Skills

• Proficiency in English
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs to the highest level of quality
• Attention to detail and cleanliness

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
