ATM Manager (Service & Operations) is responsible for managing and maintaining efficient ATM operational processes. Accountable for service quality, network marketing, and scheduling cash balancing and replenishing services. Being an ATM Manager (Service & Operations) responds to and resolves customer issues. Manages projects to increase usage, reduce operating costs, and decrease fraud and risk exposure. Additionally, ATM Manager (Service & Operations) coordinates repairs and upgrades with vendors or service providers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ATM Manager (Service & Operations) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an ATM Manager (Service & Operations) typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • POSITION SUMMARY

    ATM Up is looking for an experienced and dedicated ATM Service Technician II to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the functionality, security, and maintenance of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). As a trusted ATM Service Technician II you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving minor hardware and software issues, implementing security protocols, providing technical support to customers, and performing routine maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will program and install ATMs at customer locations; replacing, relocating, and removing ATMs as required. You will be the face of ATM Up as you will visit customer locations, in a company provided vehicle, to replenish cash and media, complete minor repairs, and ensure that the ATM is in good working order and looking like new, prior to leaving the location. The ATM Service Technician II is instrumental in delivering high-quality service to clients and customers. The ideal future team member will be hard working, detail oriented, and possess excellent technical skills; along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    OBJECTIVES

    • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues affecting ATM performance according to manufacturer guidelines.
    • Replace faulty components, update software, and perform preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
    • Follow schematics and technical manuals to perform repairs and installations
    • Provide field service support by safely driving company vehicles to customer locations as instructed by ATM Up monitoring and dispatch team (M&D).
    • Program, install, relocate, and remove ATMs at customer locations.
    • Complete detailed documentation of troubleshooting, repairs performed, parts used, and status of equipment.
    • Organize and manage parts inventory and company tools.
    • Implement and maintain security protocols when loading cash to protect ATMs from fraud, theft, and unauthorized access.
    • Prepare cash replenishment reports for management and clients, track machine performance, and identify recurring issues for resolution.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
    • Explain ATM functionalities, troubleshoot transaction problems, and educate clients on security best practices when needed.
    • Assist in the onboarding and training of new Service Technicians.
    • Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Technical school training is a plus.
    • Proven experience as an ATM service technician or similar role.
    • 4 years of previous armored car experience, preferred.
    • 4 years of ATM experience, preferred.
    • Valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirements may be required.
    • US driver’s license with clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), required.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to work in both indoor/outdoor environments, being exposed to varying weather conditions.
    • Ability to lift and move 60 pounds or more.
    • Ability to move 100 pounds or more, using an Appliance Dolly.
    • Ability to use hand and power tools.
    • Ability to stand, squat, kneel and sit for extended periods of time.
