Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shift management, culinary arts, and hospitality. As a Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, managing the team, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Duties: - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures - Manage and train staff members in all aspects of restaurant operations - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Create and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Experience: - Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field - Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food safety protocols - Proven track record in team management and leadership - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of bartending and beverage service is a plus - Degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred We offer competitive pay based on experience and performance.
