Associate Dean of Fine Arts assists Dean with the management of administrative functions of the college of fine arts. Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Fine Arts provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Fine Arts typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Fine Arts typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Pay Range: Commission based position with salary during the training period-average earnings are $40,000-$75,000 with no limit on success. Top performers can earn $100,000 plus.

Position Summary: The Designer/Sales Associate will listen to customers’ needs, discuss furniture options and layouts, and effectively present design ideas. Key skills include the ability to coordinate styles of furniture, fabrics and wood finishes. Responsibilities and Duties:
· Greet and Welcome Customers
· Develop and grow knowledge with our ever changing array of products
· Leading, guiding and assisting our customers throughout the entire purchase process
· Develop and maintain customer relationship during and after initial purchase
· Acquire the knowledge and become proficient in the use of our software system, Storis
Experience/Qualifications
· Excellent sales and communication skills
· Designer education and certificate(s) an advantage, but not required
· Scheduling flexibility
· Basic computer skills such as typing, using email, navigating websites, price lists and learning our software system are required
