- Work with the building principal to determine their strengths as an instructional leader and assume roles that align to those strengths in order to maximize the ability of the administrative team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superintendent and/or the building principal.

POSITION SUMMARY: Massabesic Middle School seeks an experienced educational leader who is committed to the growth, development, and academic achievement of adolescent learners. The ideal candidate will have a child-centered focus, comprehensive understanding of the social and emotional needs of young adolescents, strong classroom experience, and leadership skills. They will have the skills to support a safe learning environment; an understanding of and experience with effective student and personnel management; excellent communication skills; and an ability to work collaboratively with students, families, staff, and the community.
REPORTS TO: Building Principal
QUALIFICATIONS:

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Salary, work year, and working conditions to be established by the RSU 57 School Board.
