Rendezvous Mountain Rentals (RMR) is looking for a detail-oriented ASSISTANT CONTROLLER to join our growing company!

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Controller position will work as part of the Finance team at Rendezvous Mountain Rentals. This position will focus heavily on bookkeeping, financial reporting and accuracy in compliance, along with maintaining financial information.

Skills Required:

• Experience working with GAAP accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality.
• Proficient with data analysis, critical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to quickly adapt to the requirements of the organization.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate cross functionally.
• Methodical approach to completing work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to successfully cope with completing work under pressure.
