Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. He / she is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.

Responsibilities :
- Work closely with marketing to develop new creative promotional intiatives
- Manage the activities and performance of the sales team
- Organize and administer training for the sales team
- Aid in creating budgets
- Oversee market research to remain competitive
Qualifications :
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software
- Proven organizational and planning ability
- One year of experience as a sales manager / team leader role is preferred
