POSITION OBJECTIVE
Commonwealth Curb Appeal is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. This person will report directly to the CEO and will support him and the team by fielding calls from potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings. In order to immediately add value, this person must be computer savvy, able to efficiently implement well-defined systems and processes, and have the ability to support the CEO through calendar management and qualifying leads. This person will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple tasks, and offer solutions with confidence.
