Here at Human Appeal USA we have an exciting opportunity for Temporary Finance Assistant to join our team based in Texas, Dallas. You will join us on a full-time basis and in return, you will receive a minimum hourly rate.
Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.

We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Finance Assistant Temp:

• Linking customer finance accounts
• Liaising with office
• Inputting new data onto finance system
• Responding to queries via telephone and emails, with resolution
• Ensure data entered is accurate on all records
• Uploading Invoices (Payables)
• Screenings (Payables)
• Demonstrate excellence use on Microsoft Excel
• Processing confidential data
• Analysing and interpreting data
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
• Ad hoc duties

What were looking for in our Finance Assistant Temp:

• Not for Profit and Charities background is desirable
• Finance Graduate or Entry level candidates
• Able to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to change and flexibility
• Great attention to detail
• Good oral and written communication
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office use, including Excel
• Background with data entry
• Good analytical skills
• Experience of using Saleforce is desirable
