POSITION MISSION:
Facilitate your role to achieve departmental productivity within set timelines by engaging both existing and potential clients to fortify the new Main Street Business Services (MSBS) brand. This role also involves forging a robust system and team culture marked by resilience, curiosity, competitiveness, gratitude, and accountability as we grow.

JOB SUMMARY:

Main Street Business Services (MSBS) in Cedar City boasts a team of professionals who prioritize team camaraderie and celebrate individual strengths daily. As the New Service Specialist-Affiliate Rep, you'll execute on closing sales leads, monitor the effectiveness of various leads, and assist with affiliate program sales and account setups. Participate in collaboration opportunities both within and outside the family of companies to foster business development.

Overview of Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Taking on priority Affiliate Partners and their clients for continued sales and growth within the program and the family of companies.
• Marketing and building relationships with partners to acquire extra revenue growth.
• Provide leadership and direction to new employees as they come aboard
• Participate in training equipping you with necessary resources, tools, and training for personal and professional growth within the company scope.
• Collaborate with the teams, including Team Leads and Department Managers to formulate and execute operational strategies aligned with company processes, objectives, and resources.
• Conduct individual forecasts and cost-benefit analyses to prioritize initiatives, sales opportunities, tasks as assigned and resources allocated.
• Interpret data to prioritize time and schedules to self-manage and adapt.
• Follow policies and procedures essential for positional growth and personal goal attainment.
• Follow policies and procedures to represent the MSBS Leadership and Vision.
• Give feedback to your Manager on workflow protocols to ensure continually improve systems, and establish standards and best practices as they become clear.
• Foster a productive work environment by recognizing and rewarding individual efforts and skill-building achievements
• Facilitate the growth and development in your areas of expertise as you are assigned creative tasks to improve team performance and goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Minimum 3 years of successful team experience with teams of 5 or more employees.
• Demonstrated track record of excellent customer service spanning at least 3 years.
• Evidence in mentoring and developing personnel.
• Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Neutral thinking skills to assess situations and plan the next best move.
• Growing experience and interest in time management skills and improving them

• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
