Description
The Field Clerk supports self-perform construction projects by assisting the project and field operations teams in providing administrative project information as requested.
DUTIES :
Perform timecard data entry in the timekeeping system and obtain client’s approval signatures
Reconcile timekeeping records and consulting with employee and management to address discrepancies
Assist with performing data clean up and integrity validation checks
Assist Accounting Department with processing weekly payroll
Assist with update various logs and manpower reports
Assist with maintaining a labor spreadsheet
Assist with entering personnel changes
Assist with accurate timekeeping / payroll operations by adhering to federal, state, and local regulations and company policies and procedures
Perform general timekeeping / payroll administrative support.
All other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS :
Employees will be required to be able to endure long periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and / or lifting.
May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
Will work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off platforms / scaffolding.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
Must be open to traveling and being onsite 100% of the time to support projects
Must be open to working project hours
