Summary: The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be a self-motivated team member who is detail-oriented and determined to provide outstanding service to both our customers and fellow team members.
Responsibilities:
· Bill customers in ERP system
· Reconcile Customer Accounts
· Prepare Excel documents for Accounts Payable
· Correspond with customers regarding outstanding paperwork
· Cross-train within Accounts Receivable Department
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Highly dependable with excellent work attendance record
· Detail oriented with excellent accuracy
· Ability to be discrete and protect the integrity of confidential information
· Must have the ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks
· Must be proactive and at times, work with minimal supervision
· Ability to work in a team environment with positive “Can Do” attitude
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
