Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager manages the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions of an organization to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Reviews and evaluates the accounts payable and receivable registers to validate charges and ensure timely and accurate payments and receipt of payments. Being an Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager monitors account aging reports, identifies delinquent accounts, and refers accounts to collection agencies. Verifies customer credit limits and applicable payment terms. Additionally, Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager designs and implements standard policies and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant financial records. Audits methods and procedures of the accounts payable and receivable functions to improve efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Job Description

    Position Summary:

    The Account Manager will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. He/she will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with his/her portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Account Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

    This role will interface directly with our internal teams and systems. You will be asked to solve problems, build reports, business cases, and track metrics. This position requires a motivated self starter, driven by accomplishement and accountability with strong attention to detail and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
    • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Forecast and track key account metrics
    • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
    • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

    Required Skills:

    • Understanding of planning techniques and BOM structures
    • Self-motivated, goal driven, proactive and works for results
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities

    Experience & Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, finance, engineering, science, or related field of study plus 4 years of experience or equivalent to 8 years of relevant experience in the field
    • Proven account management or other relevant experience
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Fluent with the MS Office suite

    For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $93,900 to $140,900 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.

    This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
