GENERAL SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist Bookkeepers with Monthly Financial Reports by:
• Retrieving invoices from mail and electronic correspondence.
• Posting and saving deposits/receipts into QuickBooks.
• Reconciling monthly bank statements
• Processing Accounts Payables
• Correspond with Bookkeepers and vendors in a timely manner
• Compile Audit boxes.
• Compile District reports for remote employees.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

• Accounting Experience: 1-3 Yrs. (Highly Recommended)
• Associates Degree in Accounting: (Highly Recommended)
• QuickBooks Proficiency (Highly Recommended)
• MS Office Proficiency (Required)
• Strong Communication Skills: Oral & Written (Required)
• Candidate must be: o Able to multi task and complete projects in a timely manner.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Technically proficient in the digital world and capable of processing accounting transactions for multiple entities.
• Able to consult and work within a team to accomplish business requirements, functional requirements and input/output requirements.
• Able to work in a calm and professional manner while involved in high volume transactions and stressful situations.
