- This position focuses on the accounting for construction and service projects, with a variety of other tasks as the need and time permits. It requires a person who has strong computer skills, exhibits a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent analytical and organizational skills, prioritization and time management skills, and a service-oriented approach to their work and communications. The right candidate will also be self-motivated, a quick learner, reliable, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Provides accounting, administrative, and operational support to assigned project personnel
- Responsible for accurate and timely data entry and records management in accounting software system and Excel
- Accounts Payable processing – code and enter, seek approvals and manage check runs for 75-100 invoices weekly
- Communicates effectively with all levels of employees – including differing skill sets, education and experience
- Strong customer service orientation, flexibility and professionalism
- Technical aptitude and computer skills with accounting systems and Microsoft Office products
