JOB DETAILS:
The Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) / Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS) is recruiting one (1) SAP Security Analyst to provide SAP system support. The resource will serve as a member of the security and will work alongside State resources in developing, enhancing, and supporting the Mississippi Accountability System of Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC) system.
Job Requirement:
- Knowledge transfer.
- Provide guidance to security team members.
- Participate in efforts for mass changes and data clean up.
- Participate in testing activities.
- Support common issues and implement resolutions.
- Support for system integrations.
- Log tickets with SAP and monitor progress when needed.
- Update documentation for any configuration changes.
- Work with Team Leads on security related biannual SAP Success Factors releases, which is to include making recommendations to Team Leads regarding security related optional releases.
- Perform and/or coordinate configuration changes for applications in the area of responsibility.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge on different user and role types.
- Experience with SAP upgrades.
- Ability to work and collaborate across all teams within the organization.
- Ability to train staff and make system improvement recommendations.
- Ability to identify security threats.
- Ability to install needed Security software and/or patches.
- SAP - ECC, CRM, SRM, SUS, GRC SME skill level required
- SAP SuccessFactors beginner skill level preferred

Preferred Skill Set:
- Experience in defining and managing rule sets for business/IT risk analysis in GRC solution.
- Ensure appropriate IT processes, procedures, and standards are in place and being followed.
- Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
