Primary Responsibilities

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication and project management skills, accounts payable & receivable skills, as well as an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to manage outgoing bills and invoices; prepare and send invoices to customers; post payments to accounts; reconcile reports; handle general office tasks; provide polite and professional assistance via phone, mail and email; and generally be a helpful presence in the workplace. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, proactive and a team player. Most importantly, this person should have a genuine desire to meet and exceed the needs of others.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
• Quickbooks experience
• Exceptional skills with Word and Excel
• Strong grammar skills
• Superb communication skills - composed, courteous and professional
• Organized and strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
• Work in our office on a full-time basis
• Desire to be proactive and serve others
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
