Being a Workforce Analyst applies predictive models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts. Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Additionally, Workforce Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Summary
As a Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Louisiana Housing Corporation's needs for their portfolio of programs utilizing CDBG-DR and other resources of gap financing. You will be responsible for conducting compliance reviews, analyzing project proposals, data management and reporting, and collaborating on the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field and (2 ) years of experience in housing program support, affordable housing programs, asset management, underwriting, or related roles is preferred.
