The Wire Transfer Specialist role is to assist in all operational aspects of wire transfer operations and requires direct interaction with bank associates across all markets.

Responsibilities- Assist in all operational aspects of wire transfer operations primarily processing incoming/outgoing wire requests with the Federal Reserve
- Assist associates across the organization with questions regarding wire transfer agreements, research requests, filing / storage of wire transfer documents and reports, wire transfer agreements, etc.
- Understand and comply with bank policies, laws, and regulations, such as BSA/AML programs
- Display professional interpersonal skills at all times with clients (internal and external)
- Provide feedback and input on process and workflow improvements, as identified, to continually ensure optimal efficiencies
- Other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Minimum 2 years banking experience or equivalent knowledge is preferred
- Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office products
- Aptitude for operating other systems and software
- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal skills
- Strong reasoning and problem solving skills
- Requires criminal background checks
- Flexible work schedules based on wire volumes and related activity that may require unplanned after hours work schedules
