We are looking for a Client Success Coach who can captain the ship of positively impacting our client’s lives through delivering timely and thoughtful communication, educating on all of our state-of-the-art wellness services, and closing sales that guide each client towards their optimal plan or program.
The specific duties of a Client Success Coach include: performing follow up sales calls for all online leads, driving word of mouth referrals, managing administrative tasks like monitoring membership usage, resolving customer conflicts, and selling in store memberships and packages. You should be ready to perform a high volume of administrative tasks as well as interpersonal communication, including sales.
Working Environment:
The Client Success Coach is a part time role (15-25 hours per week), typically broken up over 3 days per week. This role is administratively based with approximately 90% of time spent at the front desk engaging with clients in person and by phone.

Required Availability:
- Must be available to work EVERY Thursday (3pm-7:15pm), Friday (9:45am-4:15pm), and Saturday (9:45am-4:15pm).
- Must be responsive and available in the event of an emergency staffing situation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Has 2 years of experience working within a CRM software
- Has 2 years of experience calling inbound leads
- Has 2 years of experience coaching or mentoring individuals 1 on 1
