Web Security Administrator jobs in Montana

LMG Security, a dynamic, fast-paced cybersecurity company located in Missoula, MT seeks an experienced part-time KnowBe4 Administrator. This role supports the training team and administers customer-facing managed KnowBe4 platforms, including user onboarding/off-boarding, configuration, course management, learning paths and customer requests.

Essential Functions

• Set up and maintain KnowBe4 training platforms for clients 
• Develop learning paths and schedules for monthly training  
• Onboard/offboard users 
• Assign training to users, as appropriate 
• Attend training kickoff calls and take notes 
• Review and maintain accurate records of user learning 
• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer data is maintained in Salesforce as appropriate 
• Directly support users and clients by responding to questions and providing proactive communications, as well as touching base about their overall satisfaction on training services, providing potential solutions to maximize the value of their learning experience  
• Communicate routinely with users, including configuration of reminders and notifications   
• Coordinate with LMG’s cybersecurity training team to get input and feedback on training plans for customers
• Provide routine reports and feedback to customers and LMG management 
• Conduct regular check-in meetings with clients 
• Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings as needed 
• Act as the primary point of contact for KB4 questions and issues 
• Respond promptly to client and team requests relating to platform
• Additional tasks as needed 

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• KnowBe4 administration experience required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment 
• Excited to learn new technologies and grow 
• Effective and efficient time management and ability to multitask 
• Proven ability to take initiative and follow-through on projects independently, as well as in a team environment  
• Familiarity with KnowBe4 is a must

• Primary functions require sufficient physical ability to work in an office setting and operate office equipment
• Sitting for prolonged periods of time
