Ariva Group is looking for a Web Designer to join our team in our Monterrey office.

 The Web Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our brand message and meet our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and creative skills, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in web design and development. He/she should be proficient in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Swift, and familiar with platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Figma. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and market research.

Responsibilities:

Web Design and Development – Design and develop responsive and aesthetically pleasing websites. Ensure websites are optimized for performance, usability, and accessibility. Maintain and update existing websites to align with the latest trends and technologies.

Coding and Technical Skills – Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Swift. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve any issues that arise.

Platform Management – Utilize platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Figma to build and customize websites. Manage and update website content as needed.

SEO and PPC Management – Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking. Manage Google Pay Per Click campaigns to drive targeted traffic. Use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website performance.

Branding and Typography – Ensure that all website designs align with the company’s branding guidelines. Apply appropriate typography to enhance the overall user experience and visual appeal.

Market Research – Conduct market research to understand user needs and preferences. Use insights to inform design decisions and improve website effectiveness.

Preferred Experience:

• Work experience with a marketing agency in the web development field.
• Proven track record of developed websites with demonstrated results in SEO and PPC.
• Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design and development.
• Proficient in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Swift.
• Familiar with web platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and market research.
• Familiarity with typography and branding principles.
• Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
