The College of Arts & Sciences at the University of New Mexico is seeking an innovative and collaborative person to join our team as Marketing & Web Development Manager. This position reports directly to the Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences.
The successful candidate will develop and implement a strategy to communicate the strengths our diverse college to multiple audiences. Core responsibilities include the following: 1) developing and implementing a strategic plan for the marketing and communications of the College; 2) developing a plan for and overseeing the redesign and maintenance of the College website and other digital presence; 3) collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify communication needs; 4) the ability to apply current marketing concepts and techniques to a university environment; 5) writing effective communication on behalf of the College and the dean; and 6) identifying professional development opportunities. A strong candidate will be able to work with the variety of stakeholders and will integrate to new technologies into the College strategy.
