Job Description:

Are you looking for a new role in IT? As an IT Warehouse Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and the accurate handling of inventory. We're looking for individuals who are ready to manage inventory, pick and pack orders, and maintain a clean and organized workspace, making a real impact on our supply chain and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Must have 2 years of IT Experience
• Follows prescribed procedures and best practice inventory controls to maximize inventory accuracy.
• Identifies and communicates discrepancies and challenges to maintaining accurate inventory records in the inventory software.
• Manages inventory value, accuracy, and efficiency by identifying issues with stock levels, and conducts inventory audits as assigned.
• Serves the operational team with a high level of responsiveness, timely updates, flexibility, and graciously handling unforeseen needs with an attitude of customer service, and always keeping accurate records.
• Monitors stock of supplies and communicates needs to Procurement Manager.
• Receives and unpacks shipments, records receipts in system, and stocks material in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
• Prepares, stages, and maintains material for project and service tickets.
• Prepares and ships items for inter-warehouse transfers, vendor returns, and other shipments as assigned. Maintains proficiency with shipping carrier procedures and software to schedule pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Maintains professional relationships with delivery personnel.
• Maintains warehouse security by ensuring material is not introduced into or removed from the warehouse without proper documentation.
• Works with Internal IT, Procurement Manager, and others as appropriate to arrange for disposal of surplus and waste materials.
• Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of warehouse space.
• Operates standard office equipment; computer, phone, scanner/copier/fax machine. Maintains knowledge of relevant software used to analyze, order and track goods and services.
• May perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned including functions outside daily duties.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of IT Experience
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Proven warehouse experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• The ability to get stuff done (there’s no room on our ship for slackers)
• Good communication skills (willing to give and receive constructive feedback)
