Are you ready to lead a team at the forefront of driver development? We are looking for a dynamic Vice President to drive our Driver Development team towards success. If you have a passion for leadership and strategic vision, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Provide high-level direction and planning for the Driver Development team's day-to-day operations.
Initiative Implementation: Develop and execute action plans to overcome obstacles and foster strategic growth.
Team Leadership: Lead by example, offering inspired leadership and mentorship to your team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with different teams to optimize driver development processes.
Culture Enhancement: Create a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the team.
Talent Requirements
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent with relevant professional experience. Seven or more years of experience in transportation preferred.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leadership, with previous experience in team management.
Education Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field.
Skills: Strong ability to process information accurately and energetically. Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills. Proficiency in computer applications and navigating multiple programs.
Attitude: Demonstrated "All In to Win" attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
