The DVD will assist the CDO in managing, developing, and responding to RFP’s based on an agreed targeted pipeline as well as seek out additional development and directly negotiated opportunities within agreed territories and lines of business, and recommend acquisition targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with SDVP to develop and implement strategic plans to increase new business in both existing and new
• target markets.
• Assist in the creation, continual improvement and oversee the process of developing presentation material in order
• to ensure requirements are being addressed and adhered to.
• Develop and conduct presentations of material in front of Airport and other sector Executive members and other
• key market personnel.
• Responsible for developing a collaborative relationship with local, regional and Corporate MRG management.
• Partner with SDVP to develop a 3-year continuous strategic growth plan.
• May source, recommend and develop Brand relationships/partnerships with existing and potential brands and
• vendors
• Assist Team with the development of PRO-FORMAS by providing breakeven and ROI analysis as well as provide
• critical information regarding passenger historical information, historical sales and RPE, etc.
• Responsible for implementing and ensuring completion of SDVP direction and special projects.
• To conduct him/herself in the spirit of the MRG mission, vision, core values and organizational health
