Vice President of Accounting jobs in Nevada

Hardesty, LLC on behalf of our client, a Custom Window and Door Manufacturer, is searching for a Production Manager. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and own the entire production process from initial CAD specs through assembly and powder coat to create a custom finished product. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessment to ensure quality standards. We are searching for someone who can handle a 100,000 sq ft facility with one working shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate entire production process of custom orders
• Oversee a team of 60 employees with a facility over 100K sq ft
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting optimization
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe production environment
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of production experience
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Engineering degree preferred ****
