On Demand Production Specialist Job Description

IVG is a produce on demand facility specializing in digital printing including die cutting and bindery, wide format printing, embroidery, DTF decorating, screen printing and fulfillment. We are located in Holland, MI serving national clients.

Position Purpose
We are looking to immediately hire a person to run small machines and handle shipping duties in our production center in Holland, MI.

Essential Functions

1. Run bindery machines and do hand bindery.
2. Pick, pack and ship orders with extreme accuracy.
3. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, documents, etc. Keep job ticket information complete, accurate and current.
4. Participate in training activities, committee or other special assignments as requested.
5. Perform tasks and duties relevant to any of various roles or responsibilities assigned by the Director of Operations; comply with all policy, procedure, regulation and other communicated requirements as may be in effect for the workgroup or worksite.

 Exceptional attitude
 Attention to detail
 Bindery and shipping experience a huge benefit but not mandatory.
 Be energized by a fast pace environment and be able to multi-task
 High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay and Benefits.

Full time hourly position of 40 hours or more per week.
Paid Holidays after 60 days of continuous employment
Minimum of $18 to start with reviews after 90 days and yearly thereafter.
1 day of PTO for every month employed up to 10 days per year.
