    Essential Duties And Responsibilities

      • Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment with the plant's strategic goals.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with various departments, including production, engineering, quality control, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.
      • Foster effective communication and cooperation among team members to achieve project goals.
    • Resource Allocation:
      • Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
      • Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
    • Risk Management:
      • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
      • Proactively address any issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
    • Continuous Improvement:
      • Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
      • Implement best practices and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the plant.
    • Reporting and Documentation:
      • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
      • Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
    • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
      • Ensure that all projects comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
      • Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product quality.
    • Team Leadership:
      • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams, promoting a high-performance work environment.
      • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork.
    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager (and/or Account Management) in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Automation or Material Handling Industry, OEM and/or major account experience is preferred. Industrial Automation and/or warehouse solutions experience is a plus.
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical specifications.
    • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control principles.
    • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
    • Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards.
    • Travel to customer, supplier, and CVG locations - up to 20% annually.
