Insight Global’s client in the water and wastewater treatment industry is seeking to hire an Engineer I to join their team in Newark, DE. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) from 8am – 4:30pm. The projected salary for this position ranges from $87,500 - $105,000 dependent on qualified years of experience, education, certifications/licenses, etc.
The Engineer will be responsible for contributing to the design, analysis, and implementation of various engineering projects. Works closely with Senior Engineers assisting in the creation of engineering designs, conducting analyses, data processing, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgets. Additional responsibilities include tasks ranging from technical documentation and research to project coordination and modeling as well as developing estimates, tracking project costs, and implementing close out procedures. The Engineer will participate in project planning and execution by attending meetings, coordinating activities, developing project documentation and visiting job sites. Responsible for maintaining a commitment to ongoing professional development by staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
