Job Summary:

Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate where you will engage with customers, showcase products, and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts
- Knowledge of sneakers, streetwear clothings, and accessories sales
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous for serving diverse customer needs
