Key Outcomes
1) OUTCOME: Establish a Safety-First Culture through Safety Leadership & Plan Execution
· Execute safety training plan to drive awareness of and adherence to key drivers and safety best practices
for the West Michigan Team
· Ensure plant safety training is completed timely per Plan
· Lead execution of Safety Programs for the plant to reward to embed a Safety-First Culture
· Meet or exceed established DART (Days Away Restricted or Transferred) & TRIR (Total Recordable Injury Rate) metrics and adhere to Plant near miss, incident, and injury reporting guidelines
2) OUTCOME: Meet or Exceed Assigned Performance KPI’s in Accordance with Established Glide Path to Reach Assigned Performance SMART Targets
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals established for PPOH, GPH folded, mats rolled per hour, garments hung per hour, and towels bagged per hour (per glide path and timeline per Plan)
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual approved goals for overall plant efficiency
· Establish operational work instructions and SOPs to ensure safety and efficient operational procedures per prioritized schedule and plan
3) OUTCOME: Develop and Manage the West Michigan Plant Operation Capital and Expense Budget and Deliver Operational Outcomes within Budget
· Establish Plant capital and operational Budgets within Budget timelines
· Deliver all assigned plant operations outcomes within approved Budget targets
4) OUTCOME: Develop and Deliver on Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for Direct Reports
· Develop and execute IDPs for Production Team Leads, Production Supervisor, Stockroom Manager, and Maintenance Manager
5) OUTCOME: Perform Consistent with WM Uniform Core Values

Strengths To Be Successful
· High School Diploma or equivalency certificate required with 5 years of plant operational leadership experience in a plant lead or supporting role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Some experience in supporting safety compliance activities preferred, including training
· Ability to work efficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Plant equipment related software
· Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills required
· OSHA 10 Hour certification preferred
· Adapts well to changing needs, conditions, and work responsibilities
· Ability to train, coach, and effectively implement change management
